Imagine
Imagine is a development delivering 17,200 sqm GLA in a prominent location in the central Polish city of Łódź.
The site is located at a major junction of Piłsudskiego and Śmigłego-Rydza Streets, within a five-minute drive to the city’s focal point at Piotrkowska Street.
Building completion was achieved in 2019.
The project comprises two office buildings as well as ground-floor retail. Parking spaces are located in a separate parking structure.
Public transport, including a public bike station, is immediately available, with a total of eight tram lines and six bus lines stopping adjacent to the site.
The main and newly redeveloped railway station, Łódź Fabryczna, is located approximately 2.5 km northwest, with easy access by tram and bus.
